Deputy / Assistant IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Incident and Service Request Management for (Air/Sea/Land) Transport Management (TMS) System
  • Manage all the TMS system project and change request and submit Bi-monthly report to supervisor
  • Manage TMS Application Vendor for change request delivery to ensure vendor meets the SLA
  • Ensure Project milestones are monitored with proper documentation of Standard Operating Requirement (SOR) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) result
  • Responsible to work with System Analyst and Vendors for TMS System Technical Specification Documentation
  • Keep track and manage all the TMS System Functionality and EDI linkages
  • Work with Business and Operation Super users to regularly set targets for the system improvement
  • Manage other Ad-Hoc project like WINS OS migration, Server Migration, etc related to TMS System

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT department
  • At least diploma or degree in Information Technology
  • Good Project Management knowledge
  • Preferably with basic knowledge in Air and Sea TMS
  • Proficient in MS Office suites
  • Required to have basic SQL knowledge
