Executive, Admin & Procurement (Aviation)


Key Responsibilities

The Executive will assist and support the Admin and Procurement Manager in managing of the day-to-day office, administrative, procurement and any other operational matters. These tasks include:

  • Procuring supplies and services for in-house customers in accordance with procurement guidelines.
  • Planning, budgeting, co-ordinating and supporting company events.
  • Participating in contract tendering process and monitoring supply contracts expiry date and triggering renewal or tender process.
  • Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and maintaining a healthy stock level.
  • Equipping staff with PPE for onboarding and annual issue.

Skills and Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline    
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
