Key Responsibilities
The Executive will assist and support the Admin and Procurement Manager in managing of the day-to-day office, administrative, procurement and any other operational matters. These tasks include:
- Procuring supplies and services for in-house customers in accordance with procurement guidelines.
- Planning, budgeting, co-ordinating and supporting company events.
- Participating in contract tendering process and monitoring supply contracts expiry date and triggering renewal or tender process.
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and maintaining a healthy stock level.
- Equipping staff with PPE for onboarding and annual issue.
Skills and Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
