Manager - Innovation


Office Location: Toll City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • To lead, develop and drive the rollout of Innovation Technology solutions / projects across ST Logistics business units within stipulated budget, quality and schedule
  • Customer / Vendor Relationship Management
  • To lead in maintaining sustainable long-term quality service commitment with all vendors and develop good customer relations in pipeline engagements and projects
  • Innovation Strategy & Roadmap
  • To support in the development, review & maintenance of the Innovation Strategy, Roadmap & Plan
  • Innovation Policy Management
  • To support innovation development and governance plan, maintains and implements innovation operational standards aligning with corporate objective
  • Innovation Culture
  • Build a high performance & innovation culture within the business units in exceeding yearly management’s expectation in deliverables
  • People management
  • Excellent stakeholder’s management with the ST Logistics business groups
  • To organize positions, provide work objectives and communicate performance standards, coach and motivate for results when required

Skills and Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role
  • Relevant logistics industry sector experience would be advantageous
  • Able to function successfully in a constantly changing environment
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Relevant Information Technology / Project Management certifications (PMP)
  • Experience with RPA, Robotics automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data analytics tools, AGILE methodology would be advantageous
