Office Location: Toll City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the results of business activities, identifying variance and initiating corrective actions
  • Support the business operations to manage inventory and be involved in inventory reconciliation
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the business units and management on the business’ performance
  • Ensure compliance to Group Financial Authority Limits, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations to achieve business excellence
  • Responsible for monthly closing and monthly variance and trend analysis
  • Support the business units in budgeting, forecasting and planning
  • Responsible for the correct coding of the general ledger accounts and GST codes
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assisting with projects/ system enhancements implementation
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ or Diploma holder with min 6 years’ related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting ERP such as SAP
