Military Expert (NS) Chea Wai Mun took over as Vice President of PLEXIS Services Inc. and Toll (USA) Inc. in April 2015. Both incorporations are 100% owned by ST Logistics Private Limited in Singapore through the holding company ST Logistics (USA).
ME6(NS) Chea held various command and staff appointments over a period of 24 years of distinguished career with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) in 2009 and emplaced into the Military Expert career scheme in 2010. ME6 (NS) Chea was a subject matter expert in operational logistics, having accumulated vast experiences in this field through extensive operational training as well as participation in multi-lateral and bilateral exercises both locally and overseas. ME6 (NS) Chea retired from military service in 2013.
ME6 (NS) Chea joined the ST Logistics Group in 2013. He held the appointment of Senior Manager, Sea Freight Division prior to his current role as Vice President of PLEXIS Services Inc.
With more than 20 years of experience in logistics planning and implementation, operational logistics, and supply chain management, ME6 (NS) Chea is armed with the relevant knowledge and skills to effectively lead PLEXIS Services Inc. Being a people- and results-oriented leader, ME6 (NS) Chea is apt at fostering strong motivation and team excellence in co-workers while ensuring the smooth running of the company.

Ferry Soen is the Senior Manager (Operations & Compliance) of PLEXIS Services, Inc. He oversees project shipment, license management and export/import compliance.
Prior to his current position, he held the appointment of Finance Manager for PLEXIS Services and Toll (USA). He joined Toll (USA) in 1996 as Finance Manager and held concurrent appointment for PLEXIS Services from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, he was appointed as the Operation Manager of PLEXIS Services.
