ST Logistics recently marked a proud milestone for six Management Trainees — Joy Tan, Melvin Ong, Neo Sha Min, Benedict Toh, Tan Wen Xin, and Yong Jia Jun — as they graduated from the STL Management Trainee Programme.
Over the past year, they have embarked on immersive rotations across ST Logistics’ business verticals, tackled real-world challenges, and broadened their horizons with an overseas posting in Shanghai. Beyond gaining valuable experience, they developed clarity of purpose, versatility across functions, and the mindset to lead with impact.
To honour their achievements, COO Fun Kum Wah presented each graduate with a Certificate of Completion and a special STL Values Award:

The STL Management Trainee Programme serves as a launchpad for transformation, equipping fresh graduates to become bold thinkers, adaptable problem-solvers, and future leaders of the supply chain and logistics ecosystem.
As one chapter concludes, another begins. We are pleased to welcome our newest trainees, Siah Li Ling, Lee Kai Xin, and Muthukaruppan Alagappan, who have embarked on their own one-year journey of growth, resilience, and discovery.
