Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and managing of corporate complimentary passes.
  • Sorting and filing of documents.
  • Processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Good Receipt and submission of invoices and claims for general procurement documents for corporate office.
  • Managing of stationary supplies & pantry items for corporate office.
  • Consolidating and tabulating monthly Singtel Bills, Cab Charges & Franking Postages.
  • Organize welfare event, CSR project
  • Management of employee passes for Toll City
  • Souring for quotation/supplier as and when required
  • Ensure facilities are well maintained and in working order
  • Liaising with supplier/vendor for maintenance work

Skills & Requirements

  • ‘A’ Levels or Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient in English language (both verbal & written) and MS Office.
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills
