Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Database updating, dispatch of mails/documents, and managing of corporate complimentary passes.
- Sorting and filing of documents.
- Processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Good Receipt and submission of invoices and claims for general procurement documents for corporate office.
- Managing of stationary supplies & pantry items for corporate office.
- Consolidating and tabulating monthly Singtel Bills, Cab Charges & Franking Postages.
- Organize welfare event, CSR project
- Management of employee passes for Toll City
- Souring for quotation/supplier as and when required
- Ensure facilities are well maintained and in working order
- Liaising with supplier/vendor for maintenance work
Skills & Requirements
- ‘A’ Levels or Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in English language (both verbal & written) and MS Office.
- Possess initiative and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills
