ST Logistics convened leaders and citizen developers at the AI Conference 2025 to explore how artificial intelligence and human ingenuity can jointly strengthen Singapore’s supply chain ecosystem.
The conference featured discussions on the evolving role of AI in logistics and live demonstrations of SPARK, ST Logistics’ in-house platform designed to streamline processes and convert employee-driven ideas into practical solutions. Participants examined how digital tools, automation and data-driven systems are reshaping operational efficiency and enabling new approaches to problem-solving.
The event also highlighted the continued strengthening of our Skills Allowance framework, which supports employees in deepening digital capabilities and progressing toward higher-value roles. This reflects ST Logistics’ ongoing commitment to a workforce that is agile, innovative and future-ready.
