ST Logistics is proud to share that COO Fun Kum Wah has been conferred the Medal of Commendation at the NTUC May Day Awards 2026.
The award recognises individuals who have made significant contributions towards advancing workers’ interests, workforce development and strengthening labour-management relations.
Throughout his leadership journey, Mr Fun has been a strong advocate for workforce transformation, skills development and lifelong learning. His efforts have focused on ensuring that employees are equipped to adapt and thrive in an evolving operating environment, particularly as new technologies and digital capabilities reshape the logistics sector.
One example is the company’s Skills Allowance Scheme, which encourages employees to acquire new skills and apply them in the workplace. Today, 97 per cent of the company’s workforce participates in the programme, reflecting a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
This recognition reflects Mr Fun’s longstanding commitment to creating opportunities for employees to grow, contribute and succeed, while supporting the company’s broader transformation journey.
