ST Logistics celebrated the graduation of three Management Programme trainees – Ms Lee Kai Xin, Mr Muthukaruppan Alagappan and Ms Li Ling Siah – and presented them with the ST Logistics Values Award Plaque for exemplifying the company’s values throughout the programme.
The ceremony also welcomed four new trainees to the STL Management Programme as they embarked on their journey with the organisation.
Designed to develop future leaders, the ST Logistics Management Programme combines structured learning, hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure, equipping trainees with the skills and perspectives to grow within the organisation.
