ST Logistics, in collaboration with Kreta Ayer–Kim Seng CCC, had the privilege of gifting refurbished laptops to children from the Jalan Kukoh estate.
Each laptop, carefully prepared and thoughtfully packed, represents more than just a device. It is a companion for learning, dreaming, and discovering potential. As part of our ongoing commitment, ST Logistics has pledged to donate about 50 laptops each year, guided by our belief that every child deserves a fair start.
The ceremony was simple and unadorned, yet profoundly moving. Children’s eyes lit up with excitement, parents beamed with pride, and our Vertical Heads personally presented the laptops with care. Managers took time to guide the children through using their new devices, ensuring each one was ready for school and for life. Every laptop was accompanied by a bag, practical, purposeful, and symbolic of new beginnings.
What made the occasion even more meaningful was the spirit of volunteerism among our colleagues. Many stepped forward to help, connect, and encourage, leaving the event inspired. Some walked away determined to continue supporting causes close to their hearts.
This is perhaps the most beautiful part of giving: it does not only transform the lives we touch. It shapes who we are and who we aspire to become.
