Key Responsibilities
Perform Warehouse Tasks
- Basic housekeeping (5S + 1) activities at worksites according to SOPs
- Inbound receipt / outbound activities, in accordance to established Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions and MSDS
- Cold chain inbound / outbound activities, including performing storage/put-away tasks in Cold Room/Freezer facilities
- Product quarantine activities, including identifying and separating non-conforming products/inventory from normal inventory
- Storage and inventory management activities, as guided by Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Perform Cargo Handling / Material Handling Tasks
- Container unstuffing / break bulk / sorting / put-away into the correct storage mediums/areas
- Picking / verifying / packing / palletizing / container stuffing
- Product(s) quarantine
- Stock take / stock reconciliation / space optimization
- Value-added services (e.g. bundling services, inventory labelling, leaflets inserting services for late stage customisation & etc.)
Perform Health & Safety Tasks
- Equipment maintenance (e.g. Conduct Before Operation Checklist for MHE).
- Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
Perform Tech Application Tasks
- System receipt (e.g. SAP and QCMS)
Perform Business Administration Activities
- Process Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
- Pick list management
- Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
Skills & Requirements
- GCE āNā and above
- Possess Forklift Licence and VNA Certificate
- Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) knowledge
- Able to use gauges, calipers, and micrometers, as well as operating electronic inspection equipment
