A new chapter in operational readiness began with the opening of ST Logistics Hub East at 7 Changi South Lane.
The event was graced by Chairman Mr Lim Chuan Poh, alongside the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Board members, partners and senior leaders.
In his address, Mr Lim described the facility as a deliberate long-term investment to enhance capability and resilience, with operational excellence at its core and customers’ needs firmly in focus. As supply chains grow more complex and expectations around reliability continue to rise, infrastructure must be designed not only for efficiency, but also for continuity and preparedness.
With established operations in Pandan and Clementi in the west, and now Hub East in Changi South, the company operates a geographically distributed warehouse network across Singapore. This multi-site configuration reduces single-point-of-failure risks and strengthens business continuity across a wide range of scenarios.
Mr Lim also extended his appreciation to JTC Corporation, the Singapore Economic Development Board, as well as partners and contractors for their collaboration and support in bringing the development to fruition.
A key highlight of the ceremony was the unveiling of a commemorative painting, a tribute to the collective effort behind the facility’s completion.
More than a new warehouse, ST Logistics Hub East reinforces the company’s sustained commitment to reliability, resilience and readiness in support of its partners’ critical missions.
