Respect@Work: Fostering A Respectful and Inclusive Workplace

Exciting times ahead! Last week, ST Logistics proudly launched the Respect@Work logo in connection with the movement of the same name for fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace in the company! At the launch, the members of the Respect@Work committee rolled out its calendar of activities before the Senior Management and leaders of ST Logistics to kickstart its journey! The presence of the Senior Management and leaders lent support to ST Logistics’ unwavering commitment to fostering gender equality and addressing discriminatory practices in the workplace.

Susan Sik, Chief Financial Officer who chairs the Respect@Work committee, quipped, “Respect flows both ways – regardless of gender. We firmly believe that every individual deserves to work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and respected. By standing united, we are breaking barriers and promoting a culture of equality and empowerment.” The rest of the committee comprises other passionate like-minded individuals from across the various Verticals and Corporate departments of ST Logistics – all determined to drive a positive change.

Foren, Secretary of the committee, added, “With many activities coming up in the next few months, we are all set to take purposeful actions. From informative workshops to open dialogues, we will create opportunities to raise awareness, address concerns, and build bridges between all members of our workplace community.”
