Key Responsibilities:

Business Support

  • Business support on Administrative tasks
  • Assist on paper submission for management approval – ERF, CAPEX, Costing.
  • Support operations on customers’ enquiries or quotations
  • Ensure Operations’ reports are consolidated and updated on time
  • Involve in monthly Operations Meeting
  • Assist on customers’ feedback and complaints, when necessary.
  • Involve in operation meeting
  • Review on SOP together with operation team
  • OHS

Facilitator for ALD

  • Back up business support for overall ALD compliance to safety.
  • Responsible to submit and compile ALD monthly hazard, near miss & safety conversation
  • Review of daily toolbox meeting
  • Maintain first aid box
  • Attend monthly OHS meeting with OM
  • Review RA with operation team

Continuous Improvement

  • Be the lead of ALD
  • KPI – Visual Board, Performance Tracking.
  • Involve monthly CI meeting & KPI review
  • Lead CI tracking, audits and compliance.
  • Ensure Operations’ compliances to Singapore Customs, LTA and other Government regulations and etc.
  • Assist on submission of training nominations


  • Monitor & manage contract expiry & renewal.
  • Assist on quarterly forecast
  • Assist to review ALD’s monthly P&L
  • Responsible for ALD’s petty cash

Skills and Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years working experience preferably in logistics industry
  • Knowledge in warehouse operating systems; WMS, SAP
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision makers
  • Works collaboratively within a team with the ability to work independently
  • Sense of urgency with good follow through
  • Able to understand customer’s requirement and provide solutions
  • Display positive and proactive attitude
