ST Logistics conducted a session under its Supply Chain SkillsFuture Queen Bee (SFQB) Masterclass Series titled “The Trust Protocol – Mastering the New Standard of Supply Chain Security” at ITE College East.
The session brought together partners from industry, academia and certification bodies to explore how organisations can strengthen cyber resilience in an increasingly complex digital environment.
A panel comprising Mr Francis Yeow, Vice President, Cybersecurity, alongside Mr Stanley Wong, Mr Lee Choon Giap and Mr Nur Kamal Kamari, shared practical perspectives on navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Three themes stood out:
Workforce planning is moving beyond automation towards meaningful human-AI collaboration.
Function-specific skills in areas like security analytics, risk assessment and phishing defence are becoming essential.
Strong governance grounded in fairness, transparency and accountability ensures AI strengthens cybersecurity.
As SkillsFuture Queen Bee for the supply chain sector, the company continues to collaborate with partners across the ecosystem to strengthen capabilities and build a secure, future-ready supply chain.
