ST Logistics conducted a Safety Masterclass as part of our SkillsFuture Queen Bee (SFQB) initiative to enhance workplace safety standards across our supply chain network.
Led by Safety Managers Francis Ng and Teu Yew Teck, the session underscored how consistent, deliberate actions can significantly improve workplace vigilance and risk prevention. Participants also heard from Syspex on the use of safety technologies, as well as representatives from NTUC who shared insights on supporting business transformation through initiatives such as the Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant.
The masterclass included interactive components such as hazard-spotting exercises, real-world scenario role-plays and applied learning activities designed to help participants identify risks and adopt best practices in their daily operations.
By equipping our workforce and partners with practical tools and knowledge, ST Logistics continues to advance a safer, more resilient and future-ready supply chain ecosystem.
