Supporting the Transition to Motherhood: Respect@Work Lunchtime Session

31 Jul 2025

Motherhood is more than a new chapter; it is a transformation that touches every layer of identity. While the world often celebrates visible milestones, the quieter shifts in self-esteem, relationships, and purpose can go unspoken. At ST Logistics, we believe those silent transitions deserve equal recognition.

On 31 July, our Respect@Work Committee, in collaboration with Mums for Life and the Centre for Fathering, hosted “The Transition to Motherhood”, a lunchtime session dedicated to supporting working mothers and fathers through one of life’s most personal evolutions.

Led by speakers Alvina Chin and Gladys Foo, the session provided a safe space for participants to reflect, reconnect, and reset. The open and honest discussions resonated deeply with attendees:

These reflections remind us that inclusion is not just about access, it is about affirmation, empathy, and presence.

We extend our appreciation to the Respect@Work Committee for co-creating this meaningful session. Your commitment, care, and vision have made a lasting impact. We look forward to more initiatives that continue to shape a workplace where respect is not only a value, but a lived experience.
